1. Two Things about us that can Easily Trouble Us.

      a. Our emotions: How we feel can trouble us. 1-7
           (1) Spiritually, we feel out of touch. 1-2
           (2) Physically, we can feel out of breath. 3-5
           (3) Socially, we can feel out of place. 6-7
      b. Our experiences: What we face can trouble us. 8-11
           (1) It can rule our thinking. 8
           (2) It can rob our joy. 9
           (3) It can reduce our strength. 10-11
2. Two Truths about our Lord that can Powerfully Transform Us.
Psalm 102:12-22
      a. The Lord is eternal: He will not cease to be. 12-22
           (1) In His presence. 12
           (2) In His purpose. 13-17
           (3) In His praise. 18-22
      b. The Lord is immutable: He will not change. 23-28
           (1) Our conditions change. 23-24
           (2) Creation changes. 25
           (3) The Creator is changeless. 26-27
           (4) His covenant will not change. 28
