1.  A Description:  Spectacular Expressions of Our Most High God    vv.1-6
      a.  The Psalmist describes what is heard.  v.1
           (1)  A declaration is heard.
           (2)  A celebration is heard.
      b.  The Psalmist describes what is seen.  vv.2-6
           (1)  Awesomeness is seen.
           (2)  Faithfulness is seen.

2.  A Comparison:  Surpassing Excellence of Our Most High God    vv.7-9
      a.  There is an embarrassment for them who worship idols.  v.7a
      b.  There is a dethronement of false gods.  v.7b
      c.  There is an excitement for them who worship the one true God.  vv.8-9

3.  An Application:  Sanctifying Effect of Our Most High God    vv.10-12
