      a.  The people are those with whom God has a possessive relationship.

2.  What are the God-Prescribed Necessities for Revival?
      a.  Prostrate self  "Humble themselves"
      b.  Prayer
      c.  Pursue God's presence  "Seek my face"
           Psalm 42:1-5
           Philippians 3:7-10
      d.  Put away sin  "Turn from their wicked ways"

3.  What are the Promises Necessary for Revival?
      a.  God promises to receive us.  I wil hear from heaven
           Jeremiah 33:2-3
      b.  God promises to release us.  and will forgive
           Psalm 32:1
      c.  God promises to restore us.  and heal their land
           Psalm 51:7-12
