"Walk Worthy of the Gospel"

Evening Worship
Philippians 1:27-30

Purpose
I want our church to listen and obey the instructions given on how to live a life that is worthy of the Gospel.

1.  Adopt a life worthy of the Gospel.    v.27
     Philippians 3:20
      a.  Stand firm in unity.
      b.  Stand firm when struggling.
      c.  Stand firm in full courage.

2.  Don't be frightened, God is in control.    v. 28
      a.  God allows persecution.
      b.  God brings destruction.
      c.  God brings salvation.

3.  Accept God's gracious gifts.    v.29
      a.  Belief in Him.
      b.  Suffering for Him

4.  Look toward faithful Christian examples.    v.30
      1st Corinthians 4:16; Ephesians 5:1; 1st Thessalonians 1:6
